What To Include

Send your order email, product name, browser/device type, the step where you got stuck, and a short description of what you expected to happen.

What Not To Send

Do not send client names, caregiver names, diagnoses, full addresses, payer details, Social Security numbers, full schedules, care plans, or protected health information.

Support boundary: Self-serve product support does not include agency-specific legal, HR, tax, clinical, licensing, privacy, payroll, billing, payer, compliance, or custom scheduling advice.
